All of our chairs are made with care, and we want to make sure everything is just right before your order arrives at your door.

We offer scheduled dispatch dates that you can select on the product page before checkout.

Prices may vary depending on the dispatch date you choose. Earlier dispatch dates may be priced higher due to limited availability and higher demand, while later dispatch dates may be offered at a lower price.

How It Works

You select your preferred dispatch date on the product page before adding the chair to your cart.

Shipping prices update based on the selected dispatch date.

Once your order is placed, we will dispatch it according to the date you selected.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

United Kingdom — Free Shipping

We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

European Union — Free Shipping

We also offer free shipping to EU member states, including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Australia — Free Shipping

We offer free shipping across Australia.

Orders in Australia are shipped from our Sydney warehouse, meaning last-mile delivery starts locally within Australia.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: Shipping to other countries is currently unavailable. If checkout is not possible from your location, it means Flytt is not yet available in your country.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer to your tracking information.

Important Notes

All listed prices include applicable customs duties and fees. Our chairs are manufactured by our trusted production partners in China and shipped to you with no additional customs charges due upon delivery.

Shipping dates operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If an earlier dispatch date is fully booked, it will no longer be available at checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is not available at this time, and we are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests.

For orders of six (6) or more chairs, we provide free curbside freight delivery. If you require additional services beyond curbside delivery, extra fees may apply.

We cannot make changes to your shipping address or redirect your parcel once your order has been confirmed.

Please note that delivery may not be available to every location. We may also be unable to offer equivalent delivery options in certain areas. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to arrange either cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.

While we make every effort to display the colours of our chairs accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, fabric direction, and individual screen settings. The actual product colour may appear slightly different from what you see on your device.

Backorders

Sometimes our chairs sell out — what can we say, people have great taste.

If the item you ordered is on backorder, our customer service team will contact you with the estimated restock timeline. It may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, missed collection, or unpaid import-related issues, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional return shipping fees may be charged.
