I ordered a chair in May, was meant to receive it in July.

Despite sending multiple emails I have had no response, no chair, no refund.

Surely this is illegal?

I love the versatility of this chair, but its not overly comfortable to sit on
Better cushioning, and maybe those rollerblade style wheels would definitely improve it

Shopping experience was excellent. Fast communication throughout, quick delivery and returns processes.

Excellent customer service from Davie

Long wait time for delivery to Australia

All the videos & images of someone actively using the chair in a variety of configurations made it much easier to decide on purchasing it. Kudos to your marketing team for targeting the neurodivergent girlies, you got me lol.
